PAYMENT INFORMATION: 

We accept American Express, Visa and Mastercard. Our credit card payments are processed through secure servers. 
 
TAX: 

Purchases shipped to Florida residents will be charged 7% sales tax.

Shipping time frames may vary per item based upon in-stock availability! Feel free to call for an update on your order delivery time frame. 

STANDARD DELIVERY/HANDLING CHARGES:
We offer several UPS shipping options. We calculate shipping cost for each shipping method based on the item weight, quantity & shipping method in order to give you the best price possible. We will email you the shipping cost after your order is placed and please feel free to email or call us with any questions.

You choose your shipping method during the checkout process. Overnight shipping or standard ground shipping available. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
 
No exchanges or refunds on personalized items!  All other unused, unopened, unharmed items may be returned for exchange only with in 14 days of receipt of shipment less shipping charges!

To return an item, please call us to obtain return authorization. When shipping back an item, please include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of purchase and reason for return and ship it to the following address:
